Conservation of Water and Energy is one of the utmost need of the hotel. Since the hills of Darjeeling has an acute shortage of water during the dry season and power (electricity) failure during summer, monsoon and winter is frequent. The hotel conserves energy by having centrally controlled power cutoffs for heating system and lights. We also encourage our guests to conserve water as it is as precious as gold and also have central controls to taps in the rooms.
